Wish I'd done that now. After the 5 years the insurance company held it against me I reckon it's cost me £1400 extra.

How can the insurance company find out if you have been on a speed awareness course ?

My insurance broker now includes the question on their proposal form ( some insurance company's want to know others don't , my broker only tells them if they ask) and our LA asks the same question at badge renewal time. Why lose a days wages as well ?

Spoke to my Insurance Broker this morning I'm Insured public Hire with LV the don't require I inform them of a speed awareness course and in dosent load my Premium

So Its tea and Biscuits for £100 for me BCB

The article from the link below makes you wonder whether ever to trust the word of a broker or a person presenting a speed aware course including the police involvement.
