got a driver thats obsessed with making sure he is in the car park at heathrow for less than half hour

very short of cars and now his passengers are having to hang about the terminal when if he's gone straight into car park he would have been on his way back by now. Customers are furious and I'm having to deal with that instead of keeping on top of whats booked in
