The insurance company have said he can stay on the policy until renewal and they will re-assess the position then.

Common sense prevailed there on behalf of the insurance company. If he was any risk they would've said "no" straight away. What the position with the Council?

He has informed them in writing and we will have to wait and see what they have to say. The problem may well be that if they call him in for a hearing he may well not think it worth it to take representation with him.

you can't educate stupid no rep ffs he deserves all he gets sodding MUG!

Come on Tez cut him some slack, he took some bad advice off the Police and they took him up the jacksy. If he's one of these who believe everything the police say he would've took them at their word. The Police needed someone to blame, instead of blaming the tvvat who was lying in the middle of the road ratted they blamed the driver.

If someone is laid on a train line wanting to commit suicide and the driver slammed the brakes on to stop and the train came off the rails injuring one passenger who would they blame? They'd person laid on the line because if they blamed the driver the RMT would have them out on strike if the driver got the blame.

Nidge cut him some slack like fook he followed advice of the FYLLTH, and he ran over a person in the road that he needs to explain !

Railway lines and trains are a somewhat different proposition to this event they travel at upto 140 mph take miles to stop and of course pedestrians are prohibited on the tracks........................and as you rightly point out the Drivers are of Course Unionized vai the RMT or ASLEF. Of course this driver could as happens been a member of the RMT but his apparently congenital stupidity prevented that #-o

Idiots such as this one receive no sympathy from me i just hope the penny drops with other drivers reading this learn the lesson

1,.Never ever trust a copper police officer their FFYLLLTH dirty lying despicable scum.

2.Join a Union be active within it! utilize their advice at all times.

Had this burke done both he would have no problem currently maybe :D
