I've taken this story off the LTDA's 'Taxi' magazine, and if it's true (no reason to doubt it), then LTI are a pile of s***, and any union that supports them is an even bigger pile. :sad:

Funny, when I started reading this I immediately noticed the parallel between LTI and the plate cartels in the provinces, and there are plently of parallels throughout the article.

Hardly surprising really - both effective monopolies, both vested interests and both willing to fight tooth and nail to maintain that.
