Does the camera have any wi-fi, bluetooth, data connectivity or is it just a recorder ?
If not can't see how it would affect a mobile phone signal, unless it's an electrical problem. Try disconnecting the camera or turning off bluetooth/data for a few days and see if the issue goes away.

What's the problems with icabbie ?

Might be the quality of the phone.

Nothing to do with the camera then. I have all those problems, a cheap dashcam with no bluetooth or 3g and still have the problems even with icabbie inside the house.
Our company has drivers using three different makes of phone and they all have problems.

My techie mate says it's not iCabbi as the phones and CCTV use different frequencies.

Unless it's just the CCTV audio being messed around with.

But of the problem is/was the setting up process.

Get that right and things are often a lot better.

Then call a shareholders meeting, get rid of them and put someone in charge who knows what they are doing. Or demand that the problems are sorted or they'll be out.
