Lazy kids.

Loads of shopping, and they volunteer to open their house door.

But it's too much for them to take a few bags of shopping to the door with them.

I usually tell them "rules of the taxi everyone has to help carry the shopping works about 50 per cent of the time

had one the other day a teenager her mum asked her to grab a couple of bags she refused so i said you help to eat the food so you should help carry it she reluctantly picked up two bags but with that teenager why am I doing this look

Or the take the lightest bag, walk as slow as possible to the door, take ages to open door, walk slowly into house/kitchen with the one bag, walk slowly back to door and hope that the driver has brought all the other bags to the door by the time you get there.
Or in my case by the time you get back to the door find the rest of your bags on the footpath and taxi gone.

Unless they give a generous tip (and I dont mean less than 50p) in which case I gladly carry a few bags to the door.

I'm pleasantly surprised how many people actually do the above.

We have a number who do likewise.

Maybe it's years of giving a fab service. :D :D

Take one bag to the door, open door, take it in. Then proceed to pick up the bags I have left on the door step and take them in. Meanwhile, I still have a f****** great boot load of shopping that I'm unloading alone!!!!!!!!!!!
