your boss must love you. My drivers on the other hand understand that if it is really busy they have to take shorter breaks or no break at all but when it's quiet not a problem.

But then they understand how important it is to look after customers and keep regulars happy instead of your I'm alright jack attitude

The base has a 5hit poor attitude to drivers (apart from the select few) so...

"as ye sow, so shall ye reap"

as for breaks... if i need a dump ill have one

Would have thought someone would have 'taken a break' and gone.

[edited by admin] taxi companies who because they cant charge the customers for using their credit cards decide that the charge will now be paid by the drivers

^^At least you can take card payments.
We've had our machines 3 months and already there's been 4 days they've not been working, including last night.

I remember about 1000 years ago when i was just a driver on a saturday night shouting clear 3 times ....no answer

went to the rank picked a job up and called it through and ordered by the operator to throw them out because there was 4 jobsthat we were running late on

she was busy watching her favourite show on tv (michael barrymore) and was ignoring the drivers till the adverts came on !!!!

I never allow TV in the office it is too big a distraction
