My sceptisism arises on pretty much anything authored by you JD, because, you do have a tendency to "exaggerate".
In "No de-limit in Lincoln" you claimed plate values of "tens of thousands"
No doubt you can show me where I said Lincoln had plate values of tens of thousand?

In "Are we ever going to get an answer to the COF" you claimed that the turning circle was introduced in the "1950's by BMC"
The only reference I made to the 1950's was as follows.
So that leads us to the commercial decision taken in the 1950's by BMC to build a vehicle with a 25ft turning circle? Can you see any other?
I must admit I was rather hasty in not waiting until I had time to fully research that aspect of the COF but your comments about LTI suing were so ridiculous that I felt I had to respond. You never did say whom LTI were likely to sue? Perhaps you can tell us now? Remember this?
The PCO's quandary is, as I see it, is that if they change the COF so that bread vans fit, LTI would cry foul and sue I suppose you will cite Leicester as an example but we all know that Leicester are not being sued and we also know that the present injunction was gained by Mr Norton of Swift Taxis. The grounds for the injunction is that not all of the Taxi trade were consulted on the change of policy.
We have a situation here were a Taxi owner got an injunction and LTI were just along for the ride. I suspect with your superior intelligence you will no doubt suggest that LTI could have obtained the injunction by themselves. We know the grounds of the injunction but I would bet there are some on here that will be wondering on what grounds LTI could get an injunction without the help of Swift Taxis?
This leads us back to your original fantasy that LTI would sue all and sundry if vehicles were licensed that didn't comply with the COF?
What will you say when the court removes Mr Norton's injunction and LTI have to go it alone? We shall see how hollow your words are then?
The good thing is that "You won't have long to wait for that decision".

Now, I know, and can prove, that you sought to mislead, in both claims.
I await with bated breath the proof of my intention to mislead. You have the floor.

I am sceptical still, about all you have to say.
I'm sure you're not alone in that thought? lol

If you are going to quote yourself, you could be honest enough to publish the whole of the quote. Where DID the "BMC" stuff come from JD?
