You can see the video at link below and the Merseyside Police version of what happened as well. Can't quite tie in the description of the driving with the video, but certainly a pretty reckless bit of driving (maybe video doesn't show all that happened).
But did the driver really only get a caution, which seems very lenient even for just driving at 51 in a 30, or maybe police didn't have robust enough evidence?

This video footage was captured by Merseyside Police's Roads Policing Unit and published on its twitter account yesterday.
It shows police following the cab as it weaves in and out of traffic - overtakes and undertakes other cars - and even spends time driving on the wrong side of the road.
The footage was taken on Kensington, an inner-city road with a speed limit of 30mph and the officer's dashcam shows the driver reaching speeds of 51mph.
But according to the tweet from the Roads Policing Unit, it was the driver's response that surprised the officers the most.
The team tweeted that after they handed out a caution, the driver responded by stating: “Go 30mph on the cabs you make no money”.
The team's tweet was responded to by scores of people who said they believe taxi and private hire drivers need to take more care when driving around the city.
One posted: "Happens continuously on Friday and Saturday nights not to mention over nights. Continuous issue with them racing back to town for the next fare."
Another added that the driver in the video should have his license revoked 'immediately.'
