I think Uber are fast becoming the favourite of the legal industry as they are probably the biggest clients in the UK in terms of spending

They had hoped Uber would geofence B&H in the same way as they do in London.

Clearly Uber do not want to do things the way parliament, IMO, intended.

However I'm quite relaxed that parliament within a year or two will ensure the legislation is changed to allow councils to control all taxi/PH that predominately work within their district.
