Drivers hours are on there way and they will use this and other cases like killer cars to justify it.

Some years ago I was working a Saturday night, I got really tired around 10pm (I’d been up early to take the lad to junior football) so I grabbed a coffee and pulled into a hotel on the edge of town, sat in a quiet corner thinking I’d have a catnap, got woken by the birdies at 6am with the dawn chorus! These days I just go home. :D

Maybe just eaten something with lots of carbs, which raises blood sugar, which will make you very sleepy if you're already quite tired.

Not usually driving when I'm really tired, and don't normally have a problem staying awake, but if I was quite tired I'd wait until getting home before eating anything.
