Hi
WOW! Its still not up and running? I have put in two sites (40 cars and 300 cars) as well as a few upgrades of new channels etc.

I hope it goes well for you as its now very close to xmas and I would not like going live on a new system after next week thats for sure.

Hi
Sorry but this is so wrong. You should not be going back to voice unless its near enough a total mess. Once you have given the drivers the taste of data you should be pushing ahead with it and the company who installed it should be holding your hand and sorting it out.

No matter how bad it gets you should never turn it off. Are the company there tonight to help you out?

regards

When we had Auriga installed last year the support they gave us was 100%, we went live on a Thursday everything went to plan, we were printing money. I went for a job at Alfreton Leisure Center the customer got in and said I've only just put the phone down, needless to say we got all the leisure center work from then on. All our account customers love it, the ring back is a god send, the customers love the little text we send them when we pull up outside the pub, our dead jobs have all but disappeared.

Well done to all the staff at Auriga.

Hi
I would strongly suggest that on Monday you get the people that sold you the system in to get this sorted right away. You will have teething problems but going back to voice due to lack of training is really bad on any system.

They have had plenty of times to make sure your drivers where trained. I would never have considered putting ur system live if the drver training issues where so bad.

I hope they will be in your office on MOnday to give you advice and that the drivers that need the training are given it asap.

regards

Well if it took you boss so long to get the data up and running and even then he hadn't trained the drivers in time I reckon you should be looking down the road.

It's a shame we can't get customers to go data and stop talking to drivers.
