If anything this reinforces pseudo self employment what is really needed is a tougher definition of it which excludes many of these pseudo self employment schemes

I suspect you will not be alone, but sadly many drivers are exploited by many taxi/PH firms and they need the safeguards that employed folks take for granted.

Our drivers have always had the option of being employees. At one time we hade at least 5 of them who were employees. We now have one. All of our other drivers prefer to be self employed.
