Another one that doesn't seem to involve drivers, but brings to mind the Dundee carry on :?

Early-morning brawl breaks out at Kilmarnock taxi rank

https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/ayrshire/ ... t-21152452

One eyewitness reported seeing men fighting in the early hours of Sunday morning.

A town centre scuffle broke out between festive revellers in Kilmarnock at the weekend.

At around 2.45am on Sunday, police were called to reports of a mass brawl at Kilmarnock taxi rank.

One eyewitness told the Kilmarnock Standard: “I have no idea how it started but there was loads of guys old and young just knocking lumps out of each other.

“One guy was getting punched in the face on the ground and then they started rolling around the cobbles.

“It was just absolute carnage to be honest.”

Police confirmed that they had been called to reports of people fighting at the Foregate in Kilmarnock at around 2.45am on Sunday, December 22.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers found that nobody was fighting at the scene and no criminality was established.

I always call December the road rage season but I think it goes further than that it is always the time of year that relationships and personal finances are under most pressure ; add alcohol and it becomes the fight season

December is the time of the year when the amateur drinkers hit the bars, and can’t handle it. The professional drinkers are the ones who are looking for sanctimonious teetotallers to punch.

Around the New Year celebrations, anyone who says they are not going to be sick are the ones that never get in my car.
