That equates to 20 complaints about every single driver per year. I don't think I've had that in 30 years. :shock: :shock: :shock:

And 27,000 of those were serious safety based complaints.

I'm amazed anyone in London uses them.



Probably the transgressions are kept out of the press by Osborne.

People in London use uber because they are cheap. Same as everywhere I suppose. But cheap comes at a price, in this case one of flouting regulations.

Having experienced the standards of driving by licenced private hire cars in London, presumably mostly uber cars, I'm only waiting for the moment when can blatt one to eternity with the large red bus I'm driving. It will all be on the bus CCTV and will not be my fault.
