And do you think advertising will stop the Illegal cabs yet alone the Minicabs touting?

Drunk women get into anything, especially the foreigners, they think saving £5 is great, until Mr Al-Shaz-Rapeu turns up the dead end street.

Advertising will meerley increase those licensed Minicabs prepared to openley tout for business.

If someone phones for a minicab, the company can supply details of the car, the driver, and its registration mark.

The cars stickers are easily read, as is the drivers I.D card issued by the PCO.

all the ads you get in the radio/tv/posters all show white english men as touts. 99.9% of touts and rapists are, foriegn,african,turkish,eastern european. i have asked tfl for the exact figures, but guess what, they wont give them to me. any member of the public that uses a tout shoul be fined £1000 for doing so, this may act as a deterrent and teach them a lesson, it may sound harsh, but i have no sympathy for anyone that gets attacked by a tout.

And stop the world because cars are being sold at aution with their stickers on, and of course the bowler hats suddenly change into something else when they are de-licensed.
