Well, spoke to my acountant today and was told that I will indeed have to declare my "capital gain".What he actually said was "do or dont mate, but if you get caught out they will hang your b******s out to dry".He's such a poet my accountant, almost as good as Shane McGowan!! Anyway,he's a top bloke and I respect his opinion. All in the same week as I lost my Night driver because he didn't want to do 50/50 anymore,he wanted to rent the night shift for a bag of chips and a couple of pickled eggs, or an amount of money that equated to about the same value!! Oh well, give it a week or two and I'll be back out there fridays and saturday nights with all the looneys and care in the community cases to to make ends meet. And to think,my neighbour thinks taxi driving is a peice of p**s and he could do it without a care in the world.......Now where's that spare "application for a private hire drivers licence" gone. it's around here somewhere.......

But look on the bright side, you will be kopping 100% of the takings not just 50%.
