A base owner posts they did a parcel job themselves worth £350 while the base car/renters are bobbing around town for £4/job...

When someone does a good job they have to tell the world about it. #-o

It's a if everyone is happy someone else is earning much much more then them.

it refers to the OWNER grabbing a big job to do themselves, in effect stealing anything worth having off the plebs he rents a car to on the promise of work

good jobs should be shared around

Its is the general case though that work is rarely shared out equally
