Yes, it arrived this morning =D>

I posted a couple of links to the HMRC stuff in the news section. As far as I can see it's largely the same stuff that's in the email.

Yes.

Was going to copy it up but it looked a bit faffy, so just put up a link instead.

Haha, I thought exactly the same - looked like it would take a lot of work to format it and lay it out to get it reasonably accurate, and don't want to be accused of misrepresenting official information, or misleading anyone reading 8-[

Looks like a similar process to the last one, and in a similar timeframe in terms of the time of the month when you can claim.

Therefore they'll contact you in mid-July giving you a date when you can claim, and that will be late July. So unless the new turnover test delays things, hopefully the money should be in the bank by the end of the month [-o<

This is the opening couple of paragraphs of the email from HMRC yesterday. Presumably anyone who's claimed the first four grants will be sent this email this week or thereabouts, but whether they've all been sent out yet I don't know.

Jim Harra, Chief Executive and First Permanent Secretary – HMRC wrote:
Dear customer,

The fifth Self-Employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS) grant is different from the previous SEISS grants. If you think you may claim the fifth grant, this email will tell you what you need to do now, to get ready to make your claim from late July 2021.

If we think you’re eligible, we’ll contact you from mid-July to give you a personal claim date. Eligible customers can apply anytime from their personal claim date until 30‌‌ September‌‌ 2021. The online claims service will open from late July.

The rest of the email is essentially a rehash of the stuff that can be found on the official HMG/HMRC website, or the likes of Money Saving Expert, which also includes some useful extra commentary:
