Why do you have to pay to go on the tender list? I have never heard of any charges for this.
It is required that you have all of the necessary insurances bought and paid for before applying to go on the tender list which is impossible as I have no employees therefore cannot get employers liability insurance for the office but without it you cannot prequalify
Vehicles have liability insurance but a separate policy independent of the vehicle policies is usually specified certainly for Lincolnshire it used to be the case
