A lot later in the year than normal but it's on again

I noticed that Icabbi , Minicabbit and Autocab are jointly sponsoring it

but if you look through the brochure there is a lot of info about the Autocab "local taxi" taxi thing with a list of all the companies signed up to it (not that many) but clearly they are trying to plug it as an Autocab scheme which also provides some Uber work

A slightly more varied list of traders BUT again hardly anyone selling useful kit and both Cabfind and Delta taxi signs conspicuously missing along with a few other regulars like Bluedrop insurers

All in all don't think it is worth a day out unless you are looking for an EV or want to give a dozen brokers your details

SURVIVING THE SUPREME COURT RULING

ADOPTING GOOD PRACTICE

Conor Nolan of Taxi Law and Gary Jacobs of Eaziserv
take us through a practical analysis of the changes
that every taxi and private hire operator will need to
make in light of the recent worker status cases. You
have heard the hype now listen to some honest
insight and constructive advice for your business.

Gary Jacobs seems to run a firm of accountants who specialise in sub-contracting issues in the construction and HGV/transport sectors.

Obviously that type of knowledge is increasingly in demand in the HC and PHV trades [-(

If I lived nearer I would defo attend.

But what I wouldn't do is give them my email address.

Did that a few years back and have had years of spam from them, or the scammers that they sold the email addreses on to.

this will be geared around frightening you into believing you need their services it is how many companies in these areas work

there might be some useful info but I doubt it will be them giving away all their secrets
