So what would you do in their shoes?

got in touch with me and explained the situation and finished off bookings so as to enable me to sort the shift out without causing disruption to bookings perhaps

well what else would you expect ?

Here we have Aldi digging up one A road to put a new entrance in the council digging up another A roads' footpath but with traffic lights and a dozen lorries British telecom digging up half a dozen streets and British gas digging up one of the main rat runs plus a couple of other "minor" road works

They are trying to do 3 years worth in one 6 month period

today our rank was closed (parade to war memorial  one of 5 a year)

taxis tried working from the square until up popped a traffic warden and moved all the SKDC plated ones on.

BUT he allowed a Rutland plated vehicle to continue to rank up as the driver had a blue badge apparently

Fast food delivery drivers parking on/near one of our main ranks! If we try and block them in we block the whole street as up until 8.30 pm it’s a very short cul-de-sac. (After this time the bollards are lowered and it’s a throughfare)

To add to the above.

Lazy bas****s who can't even get to MacDonalds to get their breakfasts, and get the likes of Deliveroo to pick it up for them.

Down here it's usually students. [-(
