Problem with football colours is that they can cause people to kick off. That's not going to happen with council colours.

Actually, scrub that - even reading the comments on here, council colours likely to lead to an even bigger kick off.

(Just noticed the 'kick off' pun with the football colours thing, which wasn't deliberate - obviously I meant 'kick off' in the 'botheration' sense, to use the terminology in Plymouth )

I don't do football, some say Plymouth Argyle don't either....

....but they do wear Green suits when they run round a bit!
