And that's presumably what Lancaster Council is saying about plating them there?

Indeed, they are not able to work in the same way as they do in London, praise the Lord.

But they can be licensed as hackneys by any daft council that chooses to.

Can't imagine why she has such in interest in gender exchange..but mabye photos do say a thousand words.

It is quite interesting to watch certain groups tie themselves in knots over transgender issues.

From what I've read and heard the majority of folks in the transgender community would wish some people would just shut the f*** up and leave them alone to lead their lives in peace and quiet.
