Image: Lancashire TelegraphA police appeal has been launched following a serious collision in Blackburn.The incident happened at 12.20 am (Saturday November 19) on Montague Street at the junction with King Street.
A police spokesperson said: “We are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a serious road traffic collision in Blackburn this morning.
“A private hire taxi was in collision with a pedestrian on Montague Street at 12.20am."
The statement added: "The pedestrian was taken to hospital by the North West Ambulance Service and is being treated for serious injuries."
