I don't have the full details but I am told that a driver here had his license suspended for overcharging customers, hitting another driver and threatening another one.
Yesterday I am told he had his license revoked because he continued to work whilst suspended. He was seen leaving the Council offices and he did not look happy.

Stupid indeed.

I suspect he is the kind of driver that believes rules are for others to adhere to, not him.
