In the true spirit of parochialism, it appears that I have been ejected from Alan Gladstone's www.fastblacks.com site in Edinburgh.

It would appear that the trade here believes that two cabbies alone are responsibile for bring the realism of quality controls and revised conditions of fitness to the trade in Edinburgh. No cognisance of the many interests who have been involved throughout the whole country, and that there is a tide of change sweeping the nation.

So, I've been barred. It appears that if you don't like the message, then it's better to just close your mind and refuse the right to speak to those with whom you disagree.

Doesn't this only prove that there is no right to free speech in our nation?

Finally. It appears that Mr Gladstone intends to seek legal redress because I publicly, on his site, called him a thief for going into my private message box, illegally using a link he found there to information being held in a non-public area of the TDO site, thereby publishing the information he found there through his own site. That this information was a legal document relating to case which is still pending only compounds his felony and reaffirms his stupidity.

It would appear that Mr Gladstone reckons he is now defamed. I welcome any action he brings against me. But we all know he won't. It's just bluster.

However, the case against him .....

Any benefit of doubt towards Mr Fastblacks has disappeared over the last few days, for the following reasons that I posted on the Fastblacks site:

tdo and kelly seeing as they have proved the only reason they are here is to disrupt this forum with false allegations and half truths.

It's quite staightforward Mr wellkentface - Mr Admin obtained a confidential document, and the most obvious way of obtaining it was by accessing the Private Message system, which self-evidently would involve a breach of confidentiality.

Now if this version of events had been incorrect then Mr Admin would have disclosed how he accessed the document, and he has singularly failed to do so.

Even if he did take legal action, and even assuming he was correct, he would be laughed out of court.

This is simply because he has effectively perpetuated the defamation by not clarifying things when asked to do so.

If he is correct then when the accusations were put to him initially he should have provided information to refute them (ie by saying how he found the document) and asked for the allegations to be retracted and for an apology.

But he has failed to do this.

To give him a chance to do this I've asked him on several occassions to disclose how he found the document, but he has ignored these questions.

I also placed a document at the same place as the confidential document to allow him the chance to show us how he found it, but he did not avail himself of that opportunity.

Most damningly, any defamation has been disseminated by a forum over which he has full editorial control, yet he has failed to exercise such control.

You were ejected to prevent you repeating poisonous libel NOT for any other reason. Had you ventured a retraction of your libellous statement, events would never have gone this far. Even yet, you can contact me, should you change your mind.

The game is over, this time it is for real. I will not be dismissing this as I have in the past. Gather your evidence, you will need to supply proof of your allegation. I presume you do have proof? I doubt it since it did not happen. I have proof of how I found the document without recourse to illegal means, on a public Web server operated by Supanames (Fasthosts) on a domain registered to Anne Elizabeth Button. I refer of course to taxi-driver.co.uk and their public folder.

Look mate, I don't give a dam what you think.

What you did was wrong, very wrong. You know it, I know it. [-X

You can deny it, you have denied it, but you are not a nice person. Your actions don't lie. [-(

How the Faark do you know what the blokes like Sussex? He might give up 50% of his takings for cancer research? Help old people across Ped X's? Because someones got hold of a ropey old legal document from an internet site does'nt qualify them as public enemy number one.

I often pinch myself as to what we discuss on some of these sites, we're Taxi drivers (well some) for flips sake, we're not deciding the outcome of the next American invasion, or the future of the British Economy? TAXIS. you know the things the public or the Government could'nt really give two hoots about unless they need to use us three times a year?

 Help.

It would certainly explain Dustys endless witterings that last all night, only a woman could talk / type so much, covering questions that could be answered in two lines instead of 3 pages.

If you'd bothered to read the threads then you would notice that you have to explain simple things umpteen times to get the message across. And still they ignore you.
