welcome aboard Perry ! I would say that it is preferred (and I've been told off myself for not doing it) that as well as the link the body of the text is also pasted so people reading the site don't have to click links to read the story.

This does read very much as an advertorial

FRENZI APP, a pioneering mobile application set to transform the taxi booking landscape in the UK, has announced the availability of its new driver app, FRENZI DRIVER.

As the customer-facing version gears up for launch, both drivers and passengers are looking set to gain from this unique platform.

The FRENZI APP aims to address drivers' longstanding grievances about high commission fees with a fairer earning model. By implementing a fixed per-ride charge of just 57p, the app ensures that drivers retain a larger share of their earnings, boosting their income and job satisfaction. This transparent approach means that more of each fare goes directly to the drivers.

Safety is a core priority for FRENZI APP, particularly for female users. The app includes features that allow female drivers to exclusively connect with female passengers and vice versa, fostering a safer and more comfortable environment for women. This initiative addresses key safety concerns and aims to attract more women to the industry, both as drivers and passengers.

Key features of the Frenzi app include:

Real-time Tracking: Passengers can monitor their rides in real-time, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.
Digital Payments: Secure and convenient digital payment options streamline transactions.
Customer Ratings: Both drivers and passengers can rate each other, promoting a community of trust and high standards.

The upcoming launch of the customer-facing FRENZI APP will complete the ecosystem, making it easier for passengers to book rides with trusted drivers.

The FRENZI DRIVER app is now available for download on iOS and Android platforms. Drivers are being encouraged to join the FRENZI APP community to earn more and be part of a safer, more equitable platform. With the customer app on the horizon, passengers are soon set to experience the convenience and reliability that FRENZI APP promises.

I suppose it doesn't really matter what fee an app firm charges, what really matters is what the driver receives.

New app firms will have to attract punters by offering lower fares, else why would punters use them? So the 57p sounds ok, but not if it's on crazy low fare.

57p a mile when HMRC figures for car use was until recently 45p a mile. You are making 12p a mile and nothing taken into account if there's dead mileage involved. but then it's more than some of the numpties wh do airport runs charge round here, but also not good if the journey is only a mile!

Think the 57p is the booking fee.

Not the mileage rate.
