I hope I lose a lot less relatives and friends in 2025 than I did in 2024. [-o<

My 97 year old mother in law has spent Christmas and New year in hospital. She suddenly started having halucinations. Turns out she has an ovarian cyst that has grown to the size of a grapefruit and it stopped her going to the loo which caused the halucinations.. It is not cancerous at this stage but due to her age they wont operate. They have moved thing about a bit and she is fine now but they want her to have a care package in place before they will discharge her. We only live a couple of minutes away and my wife has said she can do all the daily visits but that is not good enough for them.
