Reform won control of our County Council in May. The first meeting for the new cabinet was cancelled and the second one had just one item on the agenda.
Any guesses as to what it could be?
Lack of school places?
Social Care?
Potholes and other road issues?
No, none of the above. They were discussing the protocol around flying flags on Council buildings.

very important issue

I suspect that a lot has to do with the fact that many are new to councils and the way they run. In time they will prioritise on the real issues i'm sure
