meanwhile today it was the preliminary round of the FA cup

Jimbos other team Lincoln utd had a miserable day away at Skegness.

Stamfords second team (Blackstones FC) also lost at home to grimsby Borough but for me the most pleasing result was Anstey Nomads who poached two of our players post season crashing out

I dont think the supporters of Edgware and Kingsbury were too impressed losing at home 0-9 to Whitstable with eastbourne united losing by the same score

Jimbo is definitely not a two team w@nker. Never visited the whites, it’s enough torture following the Imps.

You had a good win on Saturday didn't you ?

Didn't go to the game on Saturday but I believe we scored our first goal holdin halesowen to a 1-1 draw so we now have 2 points  bottom team has 0 points but if they win today we will be rock bottom. Mind you you can't read a lot into league tables until 10 games in really

today we are home to a team who have mega millions behind them Apparently thier lowest paid first team player is their goalie on £1000 a week. I don't think I will be going as this cough isn't letting up.

Then on Saturday it's the 1st round (qualifying) of the FA cup we are at home to Coventry Shinx

well the FA cup is now up and running it was the 1st round (Q) this weekend and the Dannies got their first win of the season 1-0 at home against coventry Sphinx. Biggest win of the round was Quorn who thumped Sherwood 8-0. Most pleasing was corby going down 2-1 at home to gainsborough trinity

Sussex and Jimbo should be happy but I think Pete will be well cheesed off 0-0 with 10 minutes to go and then conceded 3 goals #-o

I have never been a fan of the fashion of playing out from the back, (until now!) some teams mistake ambition for ability, like Notts County. Been a while since we played them. Tuesday night at Sincil Bank, City won 3-0 in the Vertu trophy competition. (yeah, I know) watch the third goal on YouTube for a laugh out loud comedy goal. Stupid, stupid, stupid, as Black Grape sang.
Don’t think Chelsea in the league cup will be so easy!

well it's been a bad week for my lot again after a perplexing game in which the ref seemed to be helping the opposition last saturday to coming close to a first win of the season and then after an altercation with an away fan back in April our main striker received a 20 match ban and was released by the club. Finally a bit of good news as we managed a 2-0 away win the FA cup so I await the draw for round 3(Q) on monday

Forest seem to have developed a habit of losing 3-0 so I'm sure pete will be happy #-o You have to wonder if that might have a lot to do with managerial changes

and Sussex will be celebrating his teams usual defeat away at the cherries

But at least Jimbo can show some pride in the Imps challenge for a playoff spot and CC must be reasonably happy with how the blues first season back in non league for many years is going

We had a really professional performance against Aldershot, the next few games will tell us where we really are

I didn't expect to much at Arsenal but the next 3 game could tell us more. We have the league cup this Wednesday, An easier looking fixture in the prem at the weekend and then the first Europa leage game after that.

We have just got a new 40-year-old Football Director.

We are also due to announce the first purpose-built ladies' stadium in the UK. Which I believe will be built about 100 yards from the Amex Stadium.

And our Chairman's data firm is doing wonders for Hearts, of course, his millions also help.

It would have been nice, however, if we could have beaten Bournemouth. 8-[

Well they made a right pigs ear of the league cup last night. If they lose the next 2 games then the manager could beat the record for the shortest time as a manager
