so my cab locks all doors apart from passenger rear.
so thinking central locking actuator.
is it pretty straight forward once door card removed or is it a garage job?

very straightforward,if a little cramped and awkward,if its not the actuator its usually the connecting rod between the actuator and the locking mechanism,or maybe a broken wire on connector,very doable yourself if youve got a bit of nous
