Saturday was the penultimate matches of the season (except prima donna and efl)

The Dannies followed up their 4-0 thumping of Banbury on tuesday night with a 3-0 away win at already relegated Royston town (leagues worst team) to guarantee survival and send St Ives down
Congratulations to CC's blues who should now have home advantage in the playoffs. It is interesting to note that there are 6 teams going in the National league playoffs only 1 has never spent multiple seasons in the EFL

The seagulls became the first team in a month to not take 3 points off spurs  forest have an opportunity today to try and extend the gap between them and the relegation zone

Jimbo's Imps got 1 point yesterday but have already secured the title (congrats) with a wage bill only 50% that of the second place team

Fot those who show no interest on here

Wanna's Tamworth are looking good for mid table
Chris the fish's Plymouth look like they will just miss out on the playoffs
Mr T 's Liverpool mediocre season capped by the result at home to mediocre united

and trotsky if he is still with us I can't see the goofers not winning the title so well done

Lincoln City FC require one more point to claim the title, with three games remaining, (Doncaster tonight, Wycombe and port vale) it ain’t over till the fat lady sings. I am delighted with promotion to the championship. As champions will be the cherry on the cake.

17 years ago Leicester were premier league champions, the Imps were languishing in the national league. We are about to swap places…

So end of the season (well for all the normal clubs) except the playoffs

The dannies managed 0-0 at home to harborough although it was an uncompetitive match with both sides treating it as a friendly almost as harborough had won the division and we were safe. A very bad first half of the season but in the end the right players were found and we escaped the bottom 4 although in non league finishing in the relegation zone does not mean automatic relegation

Playoffs now in full swing nice to see the poppies lose at the crypto millionnaires. Most of the finals (the important ones anyway) are over this weekend I think that CC will have been biting his nails all week but the Prima donna league is still spread across the next week and with the only interesting bits of the table are will it be Spurs or West ham going down and the 7 horse race for the last euro spot of those 7 teams I'd probably most like to see Sunderland or Bournemouth clinch it but it'll probably be Chelski

the wood gave CC the blues but there's always next season

Not the best cup final I've seen but not the worst.

I suppose based on the overall balance of play Arab city probably deserved it.

I think the magic of the FA cup is a thing of the past though the gap between the top clubs and the rest is so wide now smaller clubs can't win it these days

Disapointed that Spurs managed to save themselves at the last second . Clever of the seagulls to lose 3-0 and finish below the black cats in the bid for a Euro place but as we've seen this season it's not always where you finish that counts it's who gets caught cheating

Congratulations to Hull city who get the honour of propping up the prima donna league next season I wonder if they'll make it to double figures on points.

Now what's next oh yes that overhyped over priced tinpot trophy run by the most corrupt organisation on the planet in trumps turnip field. England will fail as always and the media will pillory Tuchel for the star players he left out. At least we should get the consolation of watching clarke's calamateurs crash out before us
