Talking of sub-editors and headlines etc, saw this last night on the Times's website, but it's tightly paywalled, and I can't really be bothered trying to find the whole piece. But I think the headline has been changed overnight, and it's just the same article.
But both headlines really just speak for themselves
(The headline refers to 'taxi driver jobs' - couldn't fit that into the thread title above, so used the word 'cabbie'. But presumably it's both HCD and PHD jobs in question.)
