From past experience, I won't expect an apology though - you aren't man enough to admit when you are wrong.

PH can operate anywhere, in fact I could pick up a booked job in your area, and it would be entirely legal. :D

So even if Scots law was changed, and PH restricted, some bright spark would just license 100's of Sussex PHs.

And do you really want 100s of me up there.

Oh how wrong you are. Experts on Scots law now?
Yes you could pick up here but only if you were in your own area when you got the job or were here returning to your own area. Under no circumstances could you legally operate totally within Edinburgh - unless it was part of an existing hire of more than 24 hour duration.
Simple unequivocal F A C T!

A few posts back this fellow was saying he isn't an expert on Scots law now he's implying he is?

He got it right the first time, good job theres someone around to show him the error of his ways.

Back to school for him me things?

The last few posts are a timely reminder that certain people have a propensity to shoot off their mouth without being in command of the facts. It is no wonder that people like realcabforce and Mr Trevor Jones etc consitantly get their facts woefully wrong.

A health warning should accompany every post they make.

JD

typical of you JD - selective quotes. I note that you omit to mention any of the numerous occasions when YOU got it wrong. Just as you did at the time, you still conveniently pretend they never happened. But then it would require a little more courage than you display to admit that you do err.
Why should we expect better from such a duplicitous individual, I suppose?

You are quite at liberty to remind me of any post on Edinburgh I got I wrong.

Considering you are the Edinburgh Cab trade it would appear you didn't evaluate the situation very well, did you? And whats more you still don't?
