Taxi Driver Online

The Violent Crime Reduction Bill currently going through Parliament allows for the setting up of ALCOHOL DISORDER ZONES. The law provides for a council to levy a charge on pubs and clubs for policing these zones. Some may see a comparison in the way some councils now charge for Taxi rank marshals.

Good idea, perhaps it'll make the Pub's/Clubs more responsible, rather that shove as much alcohol down their throats as they can before they pass out!
