Haven't you noticed how you always resort to the funny guy routine when you can't come up with an answer or when you have dropped your brothers in the sh**?

Good old Wayne

less of the old, I am very probably younger and more successful than you  (okay I'll drop the probably and replace it with I am)

Now Gary, about this problem you have with the wheelchair bound, I presume you have a solution.....a final solution? hmmm, sounds familiar

get on with the bloody work you workshy fop!!!

jeez, I have heard of some really sad excuses for not doing WAV work, but yours takes the biscuit!

your assessment is simply discriminatory, in my own opinion it is nothing more than your own vendetta against a radio circuit that booted you off for being a malingerer.

I carried 14 golf clubs over a championship course for 36 holes yesterday, do I cry foul of the R&A?

If you hate this job so much try jumping off the forth road bridge, go play on the edinburgh bypass, but for christs sake, leave the job for professionals (like me).

very best regards and salutations plus get well soon

Captain Cab

More diatribe Captain you really need to have a word with your brothers before you go spouting off.

The kind of success you allude to Captain is the needs to be recognised. The value in what you do or what you have is far out-weighed by your need for others to see what you have or do. If anything is shows a lack of appreciation and understanding of whom you are, what you claim to have and what you think everybody out there wants in life. You are of the same ilk as Mr. T You need the little people looking up more than they need you, sad really, if only they could see you the way I see you Wayne. Now why don’t you tell everyone about your golf trips you brother’s fleet of cabs and what a great guy you are. You might want to drop in some funny remarks just to hide your own inadequacies.

As for the Wheelchair issue the minute we accept less they have to accept less also. The H&S agrees with me remember.

The fact is Wayne anyone over the weight of six stones presents a high risk to the driver and in most case the driver is not properly trained or insured nor would he be covered in the event of an accident.

Nothing complicated about this matter just simply the truth.

Do yourself a favour Wayne and save yourself for fasties the standard there is much more in keeping with the pi** you come out with.

You might want to get in touch with the H&S and tell them they got the report wrong? I am sure the will be very grateful a man of your intellect giving them a hand.      Don't forget to remind them the law has it wrong as well.

sort of, I kind of mean the 'assessment' is selective and therefore discriminatory

how many wheelchair jobs do you do each day as opposed to able bodied customers?

If you had to rely upon this document in court, would you expect the other side to ignore the fact your entire assessment is based purely on the risks associated purely to wheelchair bound passengers? and ignores everything else?

I am not wishing to take issue with the findings, only pointing out that by selecting a single proportion of your daily workload could be construed by some as discriminatory! Shocked

Captain cab

What a lot of pi***

The Law requires you to do a risk assessment for wheelchair bound passengers precisely because they depend on the driver to help them into the vehicle.

This means the driver is the one who takes the responsibility and all the risk. And it is he who will be held accountable in the event of an accident.

Able-bodied passengers load themselves you numpty. It's a totally different ball game pushing someone up a ramp and locking them in with belts.

In a TX their head sits about 6 inches off a glass or perspex panel. Where do you think their head will go in an accident.

The TX is a disgrace and should never have been passed. Not that it was ever properly assessed for wheelchair work.

Just ask the H&S?

Don't worry Wayne everyone on fasties is looking up to you thinking you are such a great guy.

What an as*****

No Wayne you can't continue anything because you are just not up to it.

Wayne Casey is to busy hiding behind the “look at me the professional cabby I am so great and so knowledgeable about the trade who wouldn’t want to be like me" routine? Not forgetting the Wayne Taxi mogul “my cabs, my drivers I’m off to play golf isn’t it great to Wayne" routine, oh and here’s a little joke if people start to work me out.

Wayne is it any wonder your brothers let you play this silly game of “Wayne the somebody”. If your life is so great and you are so knowledgeable why the f*** are you such a [edited by admin]. You try and defend the indefensible with you stupid comments. Isn’t this just a pitiful identity you have carved for yourself that’s so important any pretence will do in a crisis?

It’s not about wheelchairs, the licence plates, the vehicle types or tariff increases or anything else for that matter its all about Wayne the wonderful. What and insecure inadequate excuse for an individual you are.

Grow up you tit  life is to short
