Do you think ETA legally had the right to be at that meeting, even though they had no written constitution in place?

Do you think they had the right to claim to have the memberships backing, when they clearly didn't ?

Do you think your chairman had the right to say that fare prices would drop with cheaper vehicles ?

Would your first point there not be a basis for an appeal against the decision to allow the E7?

Jack

appeal

do you think thier was no consultation with the trade per say

The HGLCG have every hook, crook and comic singer consulting with the council. I fail to see the difference. Do any of them canvas opinion from the trade on anything?

All of a sudden it's a problem

The other "hooks" unfortunately meet the criterea, ETA didnt and still dont so won't this have an effect on the decision?

Jack
