Location: in the car mostly
Went into Toys@r us the other day (yes a big kid at heart !!) and found a leaflet on new regulations coming out about necessary child and booster seats. Does anyone know for sure how this will affect us, if at all, legally? Did ask local council who were totally unaware of legislation!!
