Given that 80% of Minicab drivers are from an ethnic minority I fail to see how they can avoid stopping someone who's not?

The only entrapment I ever see, is two plain clothes PC's stood at the side of the road with Minicab drivers crawling along shouting 'taxee boss?' at them.

GMB, as someone who speaks on behalf of phv in london, I feel that you are being a bit rude towards GBC, you should not talk to him like that.
Put foward legitimate arguments, and allow the disscussion to take place, prove him wrong with facts.
