No, but every fuels smoke is a killer, except possibly hydrogen.......

Diesel has all sorts of stuff in it, who knows what they can do.

Same with petrol.

rapeseed smog can (rumoured) cause cancer.(source: some american sites that are trying to ban oil in/on food, dont tell maccy d's)
