You dont know a lot about the circumstances before you pass judgement.

Capt press report states he pleaded lack of concentration, not the smartest move, once the CLLRS listen to that they didnt have a lot of choice.I note the chap had just lost his father, when suffering bereavment
most people would not be in a fit condition to deal with authorities, therefore i think he should have adjourned,or been represented. We always advise representation, through lack of it this chap MIGHT have unjustifiably lost his livlihood.
ORGANISE EDUCATE AGITATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know f*ck all about the circumstances, and I'm not going to tell you, but dont be so fast at casting a guilty verdict.

Wise words there CC, Terry should leave that to the relevant authorities.

and there are still a number of days available to make an appeal to the same magistrates who allowed him to keep his license in the first place

But the point is that he HAS got loadsa points on his license, he DID fail to disclose things to the LA within the specified period, he DID fail to disclose things on a disclosure form and the committee DID think fit to revoke his licenses.

Thus is it really approrpriate to criticise people for casting a guilty verdict?

As for any appeal, if there are mitigating circumstances then fine, but will it look too clever if he claims some factor that he didn't disclose to the committee? The fact that he didn't will hardly enhance his credibility?

This LA has banned two drivers in the last 8 months and lost both times in front of the magistrates upon appeal.

Neath Port Talbot vs. Wathan was very handy on both occasions. I rather suspect the guy will make it a hat trick.

Well so be it, but whatever happens it presumably won't affect his guilt, merely the consequences therefrom.

He has already been found guilty and the magistrates decided to allow him to continue to drive, the LA dont consider him fit and proper, one obviously contradicts the other and I think we know who has the final say in the right of appeal.
