Yes, but the article was about illegal plying for hire, so to that extent it was unnecessary to point out that they were PH drivers,
because taxi drivers can't illegally ply for hire, thus your allusion must have been to race.
Alternatively, the drivers could have been out-of-town taxi drivers, in which case the common denominator is that they're all taxi drivers.
Or perhaps it's a mixture of the two, in which case the denominator isn't common.
So they're either all taxi drivers, there's no common denominator, or you were alluding to race since otherwise you would be merely stating the obvious.
But either way it doesn't look good for GBC
I thought Hac's could be done for plying for hire if they were parked on a supermarket for instance and not on a rank, or flagged down?
