Mr T your absolutely spot on...as you mentioned you are fictious characters.... in the eyes of a court in this instance.
according to the legal advice we got off Ashton media's solicitor.
we check out most things before they go to print when its to do with things such as this....lol
but its not to say you couldnt have a try.
im sure there would be some lawyer out there that would give it a go on your behalf...!!
what you would have to do is either go under your real identity on here in future or change your id to what you have on here by deed poll.
hence the cop out on page 4
it doesnt seem like it covers too much but in legal terms it does make it difficult to hold the magazine responsible....!!
you must admit though Terry's whole aim is to wind people up and he hopes by doing so you will respond and in doing so it will create a debate but in most cases it appears to end up as a slanging match....!!
thats a shame as Rambo said on another post. his heart is in the right place but in most peoples opinions on here he goes about it all wrong.
Well there is no doubt in your mind that we are not fictitious from this point on. and you're right there is always a barrister prepared to take somebody's money?.
The rantings of the Terry's of this world do not really bother me, they are more a source of amusement,
In my opinion to educate Terry would be a job for Mission impossible , let's face it after all when associations endeavoured to work together their would have to be an element of trust and respect.
we have all seen his like before, and are not deceived by him. his job in the London private hire trade should be relatively easy after all he only has to draw upon the work other people have done over the last 30 years
