How interesting,firstly the PUBLISHER of the Libel is the one who would be sued,hence GBC stating im a paedophile didnt lead to any action, why bankrupt this site?Where i to state that x CRIMINALLY exploits his workforce on this site and you published it you get sued.Tony Mite knows full well that if we make such allegations in his publication we undertake to handle any legal implications.When i have such confirmed allegations i will write them because i WANT the court case.Criminal activity we will expose,i would to love publish full details of RAMBOS governors activities but i dont have them,and i wouldnt unless he requested it or with his agreement.To sum up if GBC were to publish himself an article of the above allegations we.d sue him,if he were to write it for ANY publication we could sue that publisheri if we thought it worth while,that decision would be based on many factors.PUBLICITY, LIKELY DAMAGES, offerd appoligies.Have no doubt were he or anyone else to do it on their own we,d sue.I frequently state that Diana was murderd by the Royal family they dont sue because the dont want the case,i know someone who does still they wont sue too much to hide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The entire credibility of the Nation is questioned,its not about money,if it was they might have sued Al Fayed or certain newspapers.This site has published certain allegations against GMB perhaps now that they are more aware they will be more cautious.

A certain car dealer took exception to an article and threatend to sue then looked at certain posts on certain sites and swallowed,why would they want a court case revealing 100s of disatisified customers.its a legimate tactic.

But its certainly how you are percieved on here, and I believe elsewhere.

We had a union branch up here mate, with my union the T&G of which I'm very much still a member.

The thing is that the priciples of the unions argument is for employee's, the people you call the "workers", however the people involved in this industry are self employed and so the unions normal stance is not appropriate.

We now work with our council NOT against them. they are not our employers.

The results of this "relationship" is now evident in the changes being implimented.

With a union division and argument coupled with demands gave us nothing, yet through negotiation and debate we have enjoyed some success.

You seem a very angry man Wolfie ............... but you need respect to get on and I fear you are ignoring the way you are percieved in the belief you will be able to force issues, you will achieve little unless you change.

I for one will now be preaching the demise of the drivers union of the GMB to all and sundry within the industry, for they have shown their true colors at last and should be considered as a non democratic organisation set on gaining control of the industry rather than being of any benefit whatsoever to the drivers.
