This is interesting, we are looking at mercury XDA's, I have been to two different compananies in london useing it and niether have had a problem with it. I spoke to controllers at both companies who raved about it.

With so many different companies on the market, who do you choose?.

The sales manager was so obsessed with slating Diplomat that he mentioned that Mercury Upper Management had previously been involved with Diplomat and thats why he knew so much about them.

that was the main reason we were put off from actually getting the mercury system didnt like their attitude and like always there are two sides to a story.......and we liked Diplomats better!!

Is it me or are data systems salemen a tad thick.

I would have thought they would always be on their best behaviour, cos this stuff is serious money, and thus must be their cut. :?

I chose Cordic 3 years ago and have nothing to rant about, I have not found a flaw yet. I have not lost one shift in three years. Dont compare them with Diplomat, Excel etc, the only thing in common is that they use PDA's (hand held computers). Cordic is the benchmark.
