With the current disintrigation of some Chauffeur Companies,they are as you would expect trying it on with their staff.Unfortunately for them one was a GMBPDB member,that member is now £31,000 pounds better off.
Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment is european legislation,it is usefull when companies merge or are bought out.So if you are on PAYE in any capacity within the PHV HC or CHAUFFEUR industry why not join the GMBPDB it could be you next!

Or a years worth of gratuities from the Glasgow Taxi centre? :wink:
