Bump the fascist labour government.
To respect those who pay for our society and stop seeing them as a cash cow to fund profligacy.
Bring in John Harvey Jones, or similar, to sort out hospital managements. To slim it down.
To spend the money saved on frontline hospital treatment.
To cut down government bureaucracy.
To make every public pound spent accounted for.
To make sure that underspent budgets are carried forward, so that we don't spend money just because it needs to be spent within a set timescale, on anything whether absolutely needed or not.
To control politicians' egos, to stop them seeking to embark on big projects just so they can tick a policy box.
To spend tax payers' money carefully.
To force politicians to listen to the electorate. Remove the need to vote for a basket of policies so that the issue which attracts you is balanced by a whole raft of rubbish and evil which doesn't. Referenda would do this. Invest power back to the people.
To return public transport back to the public, who are still shelling out huge sums of money for it anyway, but not getting any profit reward in return.
To give pensioners a real deal, rather than the raw one they're getting just now (maybe it would help stop those who have the choice from emigrating), across the whole range of services, which they've already funded over their entire working life.
To claw back from greedy utility companies the huge profits they've generated by hiking tariffs by obscene amounts.
To police by consensus. Bobbys back on the beat. Real community policing.
To remove all human rights for prisoners who have committed crimes of violence during the period of their incarceration. Rights have to be earned, with them come obligations and responsibility.
To terminate the insidious move towards council conrolled police, enforcers, wardens etc. Who needs councils snooping in our bins when it would be an offence if anyone else did it?
To roll back the drive toward labour's police state. removal of the right to remain silent. Summary justice. Blanket road tolling monitoring our every movement. Blanket DNA databases. ID cards and its database. Return real power to the people.

There should be a prospect for a real labour movement. God knows our nation needs one. There are no current means of expression for real working class values. Real egalitarian values of opportunity and reward for ability and effort.
Rather we're organised on a self serving basis of greed and exertion of power. We're operating just like the jungle. The honours system from the monarchy down simply reinforces this.
All this proves is a triumph for the ideologies of Trotsky over Lenin.
Unless heed is taken, I fear that the old ideological wars will be fought again. The 20th Century could well become the "groundhog" century.
Hopefully I'll be long gone by then, but I fear for the youngsters who, because they've not been encouraged to understand previous societal failings, could just get the biggest deja vu experience possible. Not a legacy I want to leave.
Perhaps they should be binning the computers and the skateboeards and getting back into the libraries.
