Going back to normality - a FPN is the same as a parking Ticket so no it won't show on an Enhanced (Advanced???) Disclosure for as long as you pay it within the 14 / 28 days permitted. HOWEVER, if you don't it will be registered at the Magistrates Court as a Fine and then it WILL show up for the same duration as any other Fine would show under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.

I was going to post a joke about this subject but that would be taking the p155 so I won't :D

Bart i think you might have a problem, this could count as indecent exposure and THAT would show on an enhanced crim check.See your based in London could possibly help were you a member.Hope GBCs got ir right he seems to have some history in this sort of thing.
ORGANISE EDUCATE EDUCATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bart, I KNOW you will have no further problem. I spoke to the man I said I was going to speak with, and the man from MPTSU, he say 'yes'! :D

Back to Terry's observations on the situation.

One's member must be in the upright position to constitute the indecent part, or some act of deliberatley (men's rea) exposing one's bit's to an audience.

Having a sly pee is still just having a sly pee, there is no CRO created for it unless your charged with the offence.

The whole idea of having the FPN system is to prevent generally law abiding folk's who have one too many at xmas or a football match, from going to court, instead having the minor offence dealt with by way of an FPN.

If the person comes to notice on more than a couple of times through the FPN system, it would usualy result in a 'process' book submited to the local Police station admin dept, who in turn would apply to the local court for a summons. This is the same as when your DVLA license reaches 9 points, an FPN cannot be issued, and the offence must be dealt with by way of a trip to see the local beaks.

I have no knowledge other than the above thank you Terrrence.

Just because we drive cabs doesn't mean that we don't have other qualifications  and others through voluntary work that they do have access to huge legal services and unlike some - most of us do actually check before we post on threads like this
