Licensing authorities seem to prefer addressing more serious issues such as taxi drivers wearing uniforms even though they are self-employed, vehicle colours & draconian age policies for vehicles

I remember one driver operating in one of the Ayrshire authorities was put off the road for having the wrong colour bolt on his mogo bracket ! (Should have been yellow to match the plate colour)
